2026 Early Bird Offer (15% · ADV 30 Days)
- Valid for all bookings confirmed with stay from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
- Offer code (must be used in booking request): WSLEPO30
- Failure to use the offer code will result in applying the normal contracted rates.
Black-out dates:

Early Check-in & Late Check-out
- Standard check-in time: after 14:00.
- Early check-in is subject to the hotel’s sole discretion and room availability.
- Early check-in prior to 07:00 should be 1 night pre-booked to guarantee the room upon arrival (unless normal standard check-in time is applied).
- Standard check-out time: before 12:00 noon.
- Late check-out until 18:00: 50% of room rate.
- Late check-out after 18:00: 100% of room rate (1-night charge will be applied).
Airport Transfer
Upon arrival to Velana International Airport in Malé, guests will be greeted by Jen representatives and transported to the hotel by a complimentary combined direct transfer. Upon checkout, guests will be guided by the reception team and transported back to the airport via a complimentary combined direct transfer.
Cancellations, No-Shows, Early Departure & Modifications
- Booked reservations may only be cancelled directly by agent notifying the hotel.
- The wholesaler must notify the hotel in writing of any cancellation or reduction in confirmed room reservations.
- For the period 01 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026: if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation/no-show fee equivalent to the contracted rate for each room cancelled or unutilized.
- Late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged directly to the wholesaler and must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Disputing the invoice of no-show charge shall be construed as a breach of agreement.
- Once check-in formalities are completed, the hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee for the full duration of each cancelled or unutilized reserved stay.
