In the event of tax changes by the government during the validity of this rate sheet, will collect the revised tax without prior notice, and the cost will be borne by the agent.

Room Upgrade: Upgrade will be given subject to availability and additional charges will apply depending on the dates.
- Extra person (Adult above 12 years): $55 (includes extra bed, Wi-Fi, transfer, and breakfast).
- Extra person (Child 6 – 12 years): $36 (includes extra bed, Wi-Fi, transfer, and breakfast).
- Extra person (Child 2 – 5.99 years): $33 (includes extra bed, Wi-Fi, transfer, and breakfast).
- Extra person (Child 2 – 5.99 years, sharing parents’ bed): $16 (includes Wi-Fi, transfer, and breakfast).
- Children under 0 – 1.99 years old: Green Tax $6 per night / Free of charge for using baby cot.
One extra bed can be arranged in the following room types:
- Deluxe Partial Sea View King Room with Balcony
- Deluxe Sea View King Room with Balcony
- Half board additional (Special set menu lunch or dinner): USD $15
- Full board additional (Special set menu lunch & dinner): USD $30
- Child between 02 – 11.99 years old: 50% discount on adults’ rate
Airport Transfer
All the above rates are inclusive of airport transfer. Airport transfer must be confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival time with arrival details.
A private transportation to and from International Airport can be arranged subject to availability with an additional charge of USD 15.00 per way (for 2 pax).
Private transfer must be requested and confirmed 24 hours ahead of arrival timing. Prior booking is required for private airport transfer.
Cancellation, No Shows & Early Departures
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the entire stay
- No shows & early departures: 100% of the total stay
- Cancellations and name changes made on the arrival date will be considered as no-shows. Name changes can be made 24 hours prior to arrival date.
