Tax Change Notice
In the event of tax changes by the government during the validity of this rate sheet, will collect the revised tax without prior notice, and the cost will be borne by the agent.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
If you wish to check in early:
- 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: 30% of room rate
- 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM: 50% of room rate
- Before 09:00 AM: 100% of room rate
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
If you wish to extend the check-out time:
- Until 3:00 PM: 30% of room rate
- Until 6:00 PM: 50% of room rate
- After 6:00 PM: 100% of room rate
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Acacia Beach Hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.
- Charges will be based on the same meal plan of the booking.
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival (written notice required).
- No-show or cancellation within 72 hours will be charged 100% of the confirmed rate.
- Group bookings (more than 4 rooms) require 20 days notice for cancellation.
Airport Shuttle Transfer
All the above rates are inclusive of airport transfer. Airport transfer must be confirmed 24 hrs. prior to arrival time with arrival details.
