Check-in / Check-out Timing
- Early check-in & late checkout are subject to availability and may apply additional charges.
- Arrivals before 08:00 requiring immediate room access: reserve an extra night from the previous night.
- Check-in time: 14:00 (Malé local time).
- Possible early check-in charges:
- 10:00–13:00: 25% room charge
- 06:00–10:00: 50% room charge
- Before 06:00: 100% room charge
- Check-out time: 12:00 (Malé local time).
- Possible late check-out charges:
- 12:00–16:00: 50% room charge
- 16:00–18:00: 75% room charge
- After 18:00: 100% room charge
Room Upgrade & Cancellation
Room Upgrade: Upgrade will be given subject to availability and additional charge will apply depending on the dates.
- If any cancellation 07 days prior to guest arrival: inform the hotel for FOC cancellation.
- Cancellations within 07 days of guest arrival: 100% retention charges apply.
- Failure to arrive: treated as No-Show and 100% retention charges apply.
- For group bookings: 100% retention if cancelled within 14 days of guest arrival.
