In the event of tax changes by the government during the validity of this rate sheet, will collect the revised tax without prior notice, and the cost will be borne by the agent.

Child Policy
- Children above 12 years are considered adults.

Transfer
Complimentary combined arrival & departure transfer via hotel vehicle.
Cancellation & No Show
- Cancellation received more than 8 days prior to arrival: full amount paid will be refunded (only transfer charge will be deducted from the booking amount).
- Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of booking amount will be charged.
- No-show: no booking refund will be given (as per hotel policy, 100% of the booking will be charged).
- Cancellation must be informed by fax or email; RIJ Hotels will send an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
- If you fax or email us, RIJ Hulhumale will send an acknowledgement within 24 hours. If no acknowledgement is received, please contact us again.
- RIJ Hulhumale has the right to terminate the booking or contract at any time without any prior notice.
