THE VALIDITY OF THE RATE IS 2025/2026
Vista Beach rate sheet (prices include tax as shown below).
In the event of tax changes by the government during the validity of this rate sheet, will collect the revised tax without prior notice, and the cost will be borne by the agent.
Green tax will be charged additionally on top of the rates provided below (USD 6 per person per night).

Transfer
Transfer should be booked with flight details at the time of reservation. For bookings with less than 24 hours prior to arrival time, the transfer will be provided free by hotel vehicle (return combined transfer) — FOC.
Check-in and Check-out
- The check-in time is 01:00 PM.
- The check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Free early check-in from 10:00 AM onwards and free late check-out until 02:00 PM if rooms are available.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out
- Early check-in between 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM will be charged extra 50% of the room rate. If check-in is earlier than 06:00 AM, a full night rate will be applied.
- Late check-out from 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM will be charged extra 50% of the room rate.
- Late check-out after 06:00 PM will be charged as a full night.
Cancellation, No Shows & Early Departures
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the entire stay
- No shows & early departures: 100% of the total stay
- Cancellations and name changes made on the arrival date will be considered as no-shows. Name changes can be made 24 hours prior to arrival date.
